Laminated glass is produced by bonding two or more layers of glass together by means of a special plasticised interlayer, polyvinyl butyral (PVB).This interlayer, after processing under controlled heat and pressure conditions, assumes a similar refractive index to the glass-consequently having no adverse effects upon light transmission-and at the same time, absorbing over 99% of the harmful ultraviolet rays found in natural sunlight. The excellent bond strength of the PVB to glass serves to maintain the integrity of the laminate in the event of deliberate or accidental damage, whilst also preventing penetration through the assembly.
Tempered Glass and Heat Strengthened Glass is formed by heating glass to the softening point in a horizontal tempering stove and then quickly cooling it with cold air, This technique resists compressive stress on the surface and tensile stress inside which provides bending /shock resistance. Changed the glass original physics performance. It overcomes the glass original operational performance and increases the use scope.
Fire-resistant glass has been reviewed and approved by The Fire Department of Shandong Province and passed test of Center of National Fixed Fire Extinguishing Systems and Fire-resistant Components Quality Supervision, Inspection and Testing. Tempered glass and insulation glass has been certified through The National 3C system.
Insulation glass is the first in the province being reviewed and approved by an expert group and was issued " Shandong Province Construction Industrial Products Registration Certificate" and "Shandong Provincial Product Certificate" by The Bureau of Construction of Shandong Province; this line of product has also been issued "Shandong Province Energy Saving Windows and Doors Insulation Glass Certificate" by the Provincial Wall Reform Office and "Quality Certificate"by The Office of Product Quality Supervision, Inspection of Jinan City.
